Safety and quality are not separate from execution at Nelvamar, they are the execution. Same crew, same supervision, same accountability.
At Nelvamar, the foreman owns safety on the deck, not a remote department. Our supervisors are accountable for the daily JSA, the pre job brief, the hot work permit, and the stop work authority of every craft member on their crew.
We build our safety program around OSHA 1910 and 1926, owner site requirements, and the basic principle that nobody on a Nelvamar crew goes home worse than they showed up.
The baseline we run every Nelvamar project to, before any owner specific requirements are added on top.
Welder qualification to ASME Section IX. Structural welding to AWS D1.1. Process piping to ASME B31.3. Power piping to ASME B31.1. NDE coordinated in house. Material traceability to MTRs.
Our QA/QC program is built into the same crew that performs the work, not bolted on after the fact. Inspections, documentation, and turnover packages are part of the scope from day one.
When we hand a job back, it comes with the paperwork that proves it was built to code.
Per joint weld logs with welder ID, WPS reference, NDE results, and isometric reference.
MTRs for all pressure retaining and code components, cross referenced to installed locations.
RT, UT, PT, and MT reports with reviewer signoff and any necessary re test history.
Test packages, charts, signoffs, and witness records bundled with the line list.
Positive material identification and hardness testing where required by code or specification.
Marked up isos and arrangement drawings reflecting actual field installation.
We share our EMR, TRIR, and QA program on request as part of the prequalification process.
